Astopia Terms of Use and Conditions – Distance Sales Agreement
1. PartiesThese Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”) and the Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) are executed between Astopia (“Astopia”) and the members who accept these Terms of Use in order to benefit from the content services (“Astopia Service”) to be downloaded through the Astopia application based on subscription, primarily including astrological consultancy services, through mobile devices, phones, smart TVs and/or other technological devices (“devices supporting Astopia”).

2. What is the Astopia Platform?The Astopia platform is a subscription-based service that allows its members to benefit from astrological knowledge and personal development programs developed by expert astrologers. These programs interpret and analyze the positions of the Sun, Moon, and other planets and celestial bodies, as well as their influence on entities on Earth, with support from AI-generated content accessible through devices supporting Astopia.
This Agreement determines the rules regarding the use of the service, the service fee payable by the Member, the conditions for benefiting from the services on the Astopia platform, and the rights and obligations of the parties pursuant to the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation. By purchasing a membership and registering on the platform, the Member acknowledges and accepts these terms.
This Agreement is an inseparable part of the Preliminary Information Form and Privacy Policy.
3. Membership3.1. To have a membership account, one must be at least 18 years old. Those under 18 (or the age of majority in their country) must obtain parental consent, and the parent must read and accept the Agreement. Individuals registering on the platform confirm their compliance with these requirements.
3.2. Provided the Member meets the eligibility criteria, they may register and purchase a membership. Astopia may periodically offer free content to Members and may define different Premium Membership models such as Weekly, Monthly, or Annual. The Member accepts to provide accurate, precise, valid, and complete information during registration and to keep their information updated.
3.3. The subscription continues until one of the parties terminates it. To use the Astopia Service, the Member must have internet access, a device supporting Astopia, and a valid Payment Method. The Payment Method may include third-party processors. Astopia reserves the right to change the Payment Method.
3.4. The purchased service is delivered electronically. The Member may start benefiting from the service once the payment is collected. Unless otherwise specified, the Member may log in with their email address to access the Astopia platform.
3.5. Astopia may offer several membership plans including those offered through third parties (sponsors or companies). Astopia is not responsible for the proper functioning of third-party products or services. Membership plans and content may be updated or revised by Astopia from time to time.
3.6 Astopia accepts that personal information declared by the user is correct. No verification is conducted. If information is requested by competent authorities, Astopia may share data in compliance with applicable laws.
4. Member Obligations and Account UsageThe Member is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password. The Member must not share their password or allow others to access their account. In case of unauthorized access or any security breach, the Member must immediately contact support@astopia.com.
Membership terms may be updated. The Member is responsible for reviewing current terms.
The Member agrees not to use the account for commercial purposes.
The Member agrees not to engage in any harmful or unlawful activities through the Astopia Service.
If the Member violates the Agreement or uses the service unlawfully or fraudulently, Astopia may restrict or terminate access without refund.
5. Service PriceThe service fee is collected through third-party platforms (App Store or Google Play) or via credit/bank card.
Monthly Premium Membership: Automatically renewed monthly.
“See Your Friend’s Chart”: One-time purchase.
3-Month Premium: Automatically renewed every 3 months.
Annual Premium Membership: Automatically renewed yearly. Payments may be collected in one installment or in installments.
Astopia may modify service fees and payment terms at any time.
6. Billing and Membership Cancellation6.1. Billing Cycles
Astopia will collect membership fees and taxes through the Member’s Payment Method. Payment dates may vary due to reasons such as failed payment or start date differences.
Unless canceled, the subscription renews periodically and the relevant fee is charged on the renewal date. If purchased via App Store or Google Play, cancellation must be done through device settings. If purchased with a credit card, cancellation must be done through account settings.
6.2. Payment Methods
If the payment fails for any reason and the account is not canceled, Astopia may suspend access. Some Payment Methods may include external processing fees.
If service fees cannot be collected, Astopia is not obligated to deliver the service.
6.3. Membership Termination and Changes
Members may cancel at any time through App Store/Google Play or account settings. Refunds are not provided unless legally required. Unused periods are not refundable.
Astopia may change fees with 30-day prior notice.
Members who do not accept changes must cancel at least one week before the next billing date.
Astopia may terminate the membership if the Member violates the Agreement or is under 18 without parental consent.
7. Right of WithdrawalAs the digital content is delivered instantly, the Member has no right of withdrawal under the Distance Contracts Regulation.
However, Astopia allows withdrawal within 7 days if the Member has not logged into the system with the email and password. Login is deemed completed once credentials are created.
Refunds are made within 14 days using the original payment method.
8. Promotional Offers and Other ServicesAstopia may offer promotional plans at its discretion and reserves the right to cancel or suspend such offers.
Astopia may sell sports or personal activity products through sponsors or affiliates. Astopia is not responsible for third-party sales.
The service is regularly updated. Members should follow updates.
9. Limitation of LiabilityThe Astopia Service is provided “as is.” Astopia is not responsible for service interruptions beyond its control.
Some activities may pose risks for pregnant individuals, elderly individuals, those under medical treatment, or those with chronic conditions. Astopia assumes no responsibility.
Astrological interpretations do not constitute scientific, medical, legal, psychological, or financial advice. Astopia is not responsible for any outcomes based on these interpretations.
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable laws, and the Member accepts the Privacy Policy.
Astopia’s liability is limited to 1,500 TL except where mandatory consumer rights apply.
10. Personal Data ProcessingAstopia processes personal data in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection (KVKK). Personal data may be shared with partners, suppliers, public authorities, and private entities within legal limits.
11. Governing Law and JurisdictionThis Agreement is governed by Turkish law. The Member waives conflict-of-laws rules.
12. Miscellaneous12.1. Astopia may update these Terms with 30-day prior notice.
12.2. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts depending on monetary limits.
12.3. Membership is completed when the Member clicks “sign up” electronically.
